Legendary Games sells PC games on shared Steam accounts and digital PlayStation games for PS4 and PS5. Below are straight answers to the questions we get most.
General
What exactly am I buying?
For PC, you get login access to a Steam account that already owns the game. For PlayStation, we sign our PSN account in on your console by QR code so the game can be downloaded and played. In both cases the game sits on a shared account. It is not a CD key and not a licence in your own name.
Is this legit?
The games are genuine copies bought on Steam and the PlayStation Store. What you get is access to them through a shared account rather than your own purchase. That is why prices are much lower, and also why there are limits, such as offline-only play for Steam.
Why are your prices so low?
Because the account is shared, not sold to you exclusively. You pay for access, not full ownership.
Will my own account get banned?
Your personal Steam account is never used: you sign in to ours. For PlayStation, the game comes from our account, not yours. The realistic risk is that Valve or Sony restricts access on our account, which would stop the game working. For Steam games, we replace the account if that happens.
PC (Steam)
How fast is delivery?
Usually within minutes of payment. If we need to restock a title, it can take up to 4 hours.
Can I play online or multiplayer?
No. Steam shared accounts are for offline single-player only.
How do I get Steam Guard codes?
From our code portal at code.legendarygames.shop/guide, any time, without waiting for us.
Can I update the game?
Yes. Go online in Steam to download updates, then switch back to Offline Mode to play.
PlayStation
What is the difference between Primary and Secondary?
Primary lets you play on your own PSN profile, with trophies and saves on your account. Secondary means you play only while signed in to our account, and trophies and saves stay there.
Do I need to give you my PSN password?
No. You add a new user on your console, choose Get started, and send us a photo of the QR code. We scan it to sign in.
Does it work online?
Yes, both Primary and Secondary work online and offline. Online multiplayer may need a PlayStation Plus subscription.
How long does delivery take?
Within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
Does it work on PS4 and PS5?
It works on the platform shown in the product title. Titles marked PS4 & PS5 work on both.
Payments and refunds
How do I pay?
At checkout through Razorpay.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds after delivery, because the game cannot be returned once accessed. If a Steam account stops working, we replace it.
